Terms of Service

Prices shown on this website are a guide and are based on a standard-size vehicle and typical condition. Your final price is confirmed once we know your vehicle and its condition.

Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, mud, heavy staining or other unusual soiling are quoted individually. Where the price needs to change, we will tell you before any work begins.

Quotes and booking requests are confirmed by phone, text or email. Your appointment is not set until we have confirmed it with you directly.

We are a mobile service, which means we need safe, legal and reasonably level access to your vehicle, along with enough space to work around it.

Detailing is weather-dependent. If conditions make it unsafe or impossible to do a proper job, we will reschedule your appointment at no cost to you.

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Let us know about any pre-existing damage, worn trim, loose fittings, aftermarket electrical work or fragile parts before the service so we can take appropriate care.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you before your appointment.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

We take great care with every vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from worn, fragile or previously-repaired parts. Any concern about our work should be raised with us promptly so we can put it right.
